Puppies come with two shots,  puppy starter pack, registration papers and health guarantee. Please read our contract and puppy info pages first before choosing your puppy.  Cocker Spaniel Pups  $500.00-700.00 each, rare colors are $800.00-$1000.00. Shipping is approx. $375.00 additional fee, weather permitting  We also offer personalized delivery out of state or in state for actual travel charges only.  Non refundable deposits of half the puppies price can be taken at 4 weeks of age. We only charge actual shipping, crate and vet fees and our gas. We do not charge for our time. We accept Cash, PayPal,  or Money Orders. PayPal  please add $15.00 processing fee. *Tails are docked.

SELLERS AGREEMENTS:

This puppy is of typical temperament and structure, and embodies the basic standards of the breed. The parents of this PUPPY have been examined by a licensed veterinarian and are in good health and deemed suitable to reproduce. The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies both by breeding only dogs (parents) that are in good health and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.

There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc.. The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the BREEDER. MOST PARTICULARLY, the BUYER agrees to keep the puppy at a healthy weight throughout it's normal growth period. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.

The purchase price of this puppy will be refunded if the buyer furnishes the Seller with a veterinary certificate indicating that the puppy has a life threatening congenital defect, and returns the puppy to the seller within 72 hours of delivery and puppy is diagnosed by our veterinarian with the same diagnosis. Seller does not guarantee against communicable diseases beyond 72 hours of buyer receiving the puppy.

No veterinary or shipping cost will be reimbursed by seller.

We will guarantee the above puppy for 6 Months from the date of birth against death caused by a genetic defect, or any genetic defect that would be life threatening to the dog.

The diagnosis must take place within the first 6 Months for this claim to be valid. Accurate diagnosis of the life threatening genetic defect by a treating veterinarian, all documents and proof of the claim is to be sent SUGAR BABY KENNEL within the first 6 Months. If the claim is for the death, we will need all documents from the treating veterinarian, a formal autopsy and a cause of death to be sent to Seller.

If all documents received and the claim occurred within the first 6 Months and it is valid, we will replace the pup with a pup of equal value and of the same gender, as pups are available, with the buyer being responsible for all transportation, veterinary and autopsy costs. If the dog being replaced is used for breeding during, prior or after, the claim will be void. Prior to replacement of the puppy, the original registration papers will be signed and returned to Seller if applicable.

Seller does not guarantee against non-threatening puppy problems i.e. parasites (Giardia, Coccida, ear infections, normal puppy issues), hernias, misaligned teeth, undecended testicles, allergies, cherry eye, etc.

Seller does not guarantee against avoidable disease caused by improper care or neglect by the buyer. The puppy is healthy at the time of sale. The puppy has had the immunization provided in the health record. Vaccinations must be kept current or the guarantee is void regarding said puppy. Seller does not guarantee that this puppy shall win in conformation/performance events. (if applicable)

Seller does not guarantee the size of the puppy’s adult weight.

This guarantee is void if the puppy/dog changes ownership without the consent of the seller. This puppy is being sold as a PET/COMPANION ONLY.

BUYER AGREEMENTS:

Buyer agrees that if any time, and for any reason, he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy, Seller has the first right of refusal.

The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy’s health with yearly vaccinations and care as specified by their veterinarian. Should the puppy become ill or unsound, any and all cost of treatment will be the responsibility of the buyer and not reimbursed by the Seller. The buyer acknowledges that no veterinary bill incurred by the buyer will be paid by the Seller throughout the puppy’s life.

Buyer acknowledges that all risk of loss pertaining to the mobility, illness, or injury at any time of said puppy shall remain upon buyer. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller, Seller’s agents, employees and representatives, from any and all loss, damage, and expense whatsoever from the acts of any kind whatsoever, any all claims, presentation or demand from any person whomever, including Buyer, arising out of having to do with the prior or present care, housing, breeding, training, mortality, capacity and health of said puppy. Buyer acknowledges that the care and training is acknowledged by the buyer to be his/her responsibility. The BUYER agrees that neither he/she nor the BUYER'S estate/executors may sell this PUPPY , transfer ownership of this PUPPY or surrender to a rescue without the BREEDER'S knowledge and written consent The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy AT ANY AGE, the BUYER must contact the BREEDER immediately and the BREEDER will have the first choice to either: (a) take the PUPPY back or (b) assist the BUYER in finding a suitable home for the PUPPY/Dog.

The BUYER agrees to notify the BREEDER of any changes of address, during the PUPPY'S lifetime.

The Buyer agrees to provide a suitable fenced area for this puppy, and to take every precaution as to the well being of the puppy while in the BUYERS care and for the puppy’s lifetime.
